The difference is that what the democrats do is justified as it is for the greater good as they are always in the right and the ends always justify the means in their opinion which is fact. Whereas anything the conservatives do is by their thinking wrong and therefore should never be allowed.

Technically they said he was liable for damages claimed from sexual assault.

A civil court can’t label you as guilty of a crime, only assess you for damages and the burden of proof is dramatically reduced.

But yeah, a reality TV star and a TV clown rising to positions of power in their respective countries is kind of sad.
