Daniel Penny has been acquitted in the death of Jordan Neely.

A jury found Penny not guilty of criminally negligent homicide Monday following four-and-a-half days of deliberations and a month-long trial brought by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg.

I read a bit on X about the insane prosecutor, Dafna Yoran. I didn't follow the trial, but I guess she? referred to Penny as the 'white man' several times during the trial.

Here she is rationalizing lessor charges for a guy that murdered an 86 year old during an ATM robbery.
