I bought a traeger one at my local hardware store. Overpaid. But I wanted it right then and there didn’t want to wait. $50. So that was probably a pretty good lack of patience penalty. But it works well. And I guess I should feel good about throwing money away at the local business.

We use the Thermopop too, love it. I threw away all those slow, mechanical thermometer!

Thermapen is twice as fast if not instant and mechanical thermometers are junk.

Thermapen is one of the most used tools in my kitchen.
