How "used" is it? For example, how much fishing has it seen. Is the carpet and paneling (?) inside still nice? Any pics of the inside? Thanks for the added info.

The house has sold.

BTW - I listed it on Craig's List this morning. My email went crazy. Someone bought it for the asking price and took delivery over the noon hour today.

Now where is that Baer catalog?
