S&W Shields 9mm - Available out of state

Postby Mn01r6 on Fri Mar 29, 2013 9:04 pm

Saw this on a national forum, not sure if any are left, also can't say this isn't a scam...buyer beware. This is not a scam, Kittering Trading Post is a huge store and members on MNGunTalk have already received Shields they've ordered, so hurry up if you want one. They have about 80 Shields left as of 10am almost all gone at noon 4/4/2013 (thanks flabre & goalie)

1-800-USA-GUNS - ask to put one on hold with your credit card BEFORE you send them your FFL's information.

S&w shields 429.99 @ ktp
I wanted to share this with my Forum friends. As you know I work at a very large Gun Shop on the east Coast. Today, we got a shipment of 150 S&W 9mm Shields, we satified all our special orders and we're left with 81 for the shelves. I know a lot of you have been on waiting lists for a long time, and have had to pay more money in the range of 450.00 and upwards, so I thought I'd share it with you.
price is 429.99 so if you want one, be quick, cuz they will go fast. 1-800-USA-GUNS

With shipping and FFL I am guessing it will cost you $490-500

Edited original post with new info.

So, why wouldn't you post this in the Deals and Group Buys section and include your contact information?

Truth or Troll?

Don't know what more you want from me bro - saw it on defensivecarry and was trying to help out other board members looking for a Shield. Please, by all means, don't buy one.

Mods please move if this is more appropriate in a different section.

No hate, just thought if you had the links you might want to post the info in the Deals and Groups Buys forum

http://www.mnguntalk.com/viewforum.php?f=27

That way people would be able to find the place where the offer originated from.

Thanks for the tip!

1-800-USA-GUNS - their website is impossible to navigate. I couldn't find them on there on Saturday.

Dang, called them yesterday, the guy that answered said for me to send them an FFL first (btw my first time buying from an online out of state source), got an FFL, called them back this morning to pay and fax my FFL to them, and they were out. For future reference, how does the whole pricess supposed to work, the guy that answered the phone said they needed an ffl from me first before I can even purchase it. But if I were to send in my ffl to them, and pay later, how are they supposed to know who I am. Kind of mad at this situation and any advice for future reference would be helpful, thanks.

That's backwards. Buy the gun first, then they wait for FFL receipt to ship.

Thats what I thought, that was why I was so confused, maybe he didnt know what he was talking about, and now i'll have to search around some more for the shield. Just my luck.
