When I first read the title I was about to start arguing, after reading the article a different story. Not so sure what to say or feel about this instance. It sucks he may be charged with a bunch of stuff for saving a kids life, but if he did break the law he should be charged and the hopefully acquitted due to the circumstances.

It will prove the hypocrisy of everything for not even charging the guy with the 30 round magazine and breaking the law for the world to see though. If you're "famous" you get special treatment, if you're John Q. Citizen then they'll charge you with everything under the sun. Whatever have to equal protection under the law? I guess it doesn't equate to equal enforcement of it.

As for the blog post, I find it interesting that someone in the media would question Feinstein like that.... bravo!

A jury trial, with anyone other than a peta member will serve him well. I suspect this will be a good opportunity for some highly publicized pro bono legal work. Still he'll likely lose his gun(s)
