I like Plastic

Postby westberg on Wed Dec 08, 2010 8:49 am

To be fair to the other types of handguns so the other forum members don't feel left out from this topic viewtopic.php?f=9&t=18205

In our house we have a Glock, XD's and M&P's, but I don't shoot them. Well OK I'm protected under the DADT 1911 alternate gun use policy.

I bet this thread falls short in post count to the other................... :myball:

i luv's me my plastics too.

to think of it, the only non-platic flavor in my safe is the sig P220 stainless black nitride finish (which makes it's appearance at the steel shoots :D )

you can brag up your steel all you want - but they never made a Tec-9 without the poly. woo woo buddy!!!
i do what i can, where i'm needed, and i ask so little in return. i'm a true humanitarian fueled by rainbows and whiskey. you should be so lucky to know me...

Westberg, all I could think of when you started this thread was that picture you posted of your dog.....

Furthermore, the JMB Church and Fraternal Society of Steel Guns and Brass Balls is in the process of getting the "DADT 1911 alternate gun use policy" repealed.......somebody has to stand up for the defenseless fighting men....

I like my Glock 19! And my 2nd favorite handgun would be the XD40... maybe an XD9. Who knows? Maybe I'll get a 2nd Glock 19 so I can dual wield!

I don't care about cheap. I care about sexy. And Glock is sexy. Mmm... sweet, delicious, sexy Glocks!

Although the name... not so sexy. Glock. Glockglockglock. Sorry, just doesn't cut it. That's why you should name your Glock something personal. Elvish if possible. Not Legolas, of course. That's appropriate for a bow, but not a handgun.

Would make a great love poem, if someone could find something to rhyme with it................

Sock? That could fit into a self-love poem!

My love can be defined as my glock
about to the same degree as my sock.
When I fire I scream out loudly "I ROCK!"

... I hope I didn't break any forum rules there.

It's iambic pentameter with heroic couplets. I've never been good at haikus. But for you, I'll see if I can whip one up.
