Latest project is done - AR pistol

Here's my latest dumb project. Deleware Machine makes the lower, I was kind of disappointed with this as I was under the impression that the lettering was lower and not in the center. I had hoped to have something engraved there, but oh well there's always the other side of the magwell. Upper is a JSE surplus upper, it appears fine under a quick visual inspection. Feed ramps and such looked good although the fit on the lower is really really tight. I'm guessing that may have more to do with the tolerances on the lower though. The red dot is from Primary Arms, it's a budget optic but it seem well suited to the plinking this thing will see.

I'm eagerly anticipating firing this thing and scorching my forearm hair.

that's a valid question... are you going to wear yours to the next breakfast?

Technically I think a sling will work....

I built mine because I kept getting jealous of everyone posting pics of theirs....

They are a ton of fun...I'm over it though. I'll go for one of the piston driven ones without the buffer tube in the future.
Nothing to see here. Continue swimming.

Same here. And probably a 10.5" barrel, not the 7" I had. But I still liked the buffer tube.

I saw a guy shooting one at Bill's and seeing one in person sealed the deal for me.

Looks awesome! My brother recently got one and it's very fun to shoot. It's high on my wish list!

I don't think I'd want to go tubeless. I like retaining the cheek weld.
