The Chiappa never claimed to be legal in MN and in fact said so from the beginning.
Have seen 2 things on web sites since the beginning and tried to help MKS Supply (the importers) work on which states have Sat Night Special laws below their 800 degree melting point (ours is 1000 BTW so it is WAY below).

"Not for sale where prohibited, know your local and state laws" which is pretty much useless when they do not mention melting point, just that it is made of "Chiappaloy"
All this brings up another question - since so many internet sellers don't know or care if a gun they sell to MN that is not legal does it then end up a problem for the FFL here who does the transfer or is it still just the selling dealer legal wise. I assume from how the law reads it would just be the selling dealer but........................??????????????
