Summary Judgment – Schoenthal v Raoul: Banning CCL on Public Transportation is Unconstitutional, Violates 2nd Amendment!

Friday, August 30, 2024, in Federal Court, the Northern District Western Division, a ruling was issued in Schoenthal v Raoul, and the portion of the Illinois Firearm Concealed Carry Act that banned concealed carry on public transportation has been ruled unconstitutional.

Summary judgement!

Court ruled that the facts and the law are both so clear that no trial is needed.
