Someone has to handle untaxed cigarette and liquor smuggling...

This is encouraging, although the Vice-President is in very little position to either make or administer law.

The VP is next in line should something go wrong. If I were Trump I’d might have some concerns. If Trump can parlay 2 more terms that would put the VP at around middle age.

I'm pretty sure the highlighted part is inadmissible due to the 22nd Amendment.
