I have enough ammo, if you can have enough? I'm trying to buy a new compact Glock to be my carry pistol.

There are a few pistols out there, but the prices aren't all that great right now.
Trouble with going to a new carry pistol is how much ammo I'd go through to make sure it's reliable.
Picked up a 9mm Shield EZ in January. Have about 300 rounds through it so far with two failures to go fully into battery and one stove pipe. All with Blazer brass. Is going to need a little more work before I'm willing to move it into my carry stable.

Glocks have a rep for going bang every time you pull the trigger and after 4k rounds through my g17 I've had two failures to feed. Both were from limp wristing, I was tired. I have enough 9mm to run 500 to 1k rounds through her and still have an adequate supply. I need to go lighter because of nerve damage I just hope I can get one before the insects come out. The free range is just a mile from my home.

I’ve been eyeing the two new offerings in the 1.5 stack category - Springfield Hellcat RDP 3.8” and S&W Shield Plus 4” PC Ported. Both come with 10 or 13 round magazines. Springfield has a comp on it, the other is ported as the name suggests. S&W is a bit cheaper and Iess tacticool, so currently leaning that way. I don’t think the porting will make that much difference in recoil but if it knocks off 10-15% that would be worth the extra price to me.

Understand the nerve damage part. Is exactly why I picked up the EZ. Trying to be a little proactive rather than waiting until I'm unable to use either of my Glocks.

Just picked up my new Glock 19 gen 5 MOS, I'm going to put a Holosun 507c green dot on it. Scheels of St Cloud got three of these Glocks in today at about 4:00pm and I picked up the last one at 7:30pm, wow!

Good news is I watched two women with P2Cs buy carry guns while I waited, despite the shortage they sold a lot of guns this night.

Never said I did not have any, just finding more on the shelves is a challenge. Could use about 100 cases of 12 and 50 cases of 20 for the trap team yet.
