20-22 bucks is the range I'd be willing to spend.

Him: well I live in Arkansas but I'm from MN and my dad is wanting a pistol so I figured I'd get him one. Id like to offer you 175 for it. The army will be sending me to mn next week if you want to meet. Please let me know
Me: First of all, thank you for your service.
Secondly, I am sorry, but I am going to decline your offer. I require a MN DL and a MN PTP/PTC.
Him: What's a ptp ptc?
Me: Permit to Purchase and Permit to Carry. I only require to see one.
Him: I have a permit to carry, ours has our DL photo with all our info on it to.
Me: Is it a MN Permit to Carry?
Him: Lol no
Me: Then I am sticking with my decision to decline your offer.

If I remember correctly, FF had them (before the panic) for around $17-$19 a box. Now days, I'd say $20-$22 a box is good.

I noticed this today also. Not sure what's up.
