I spoke with Ben B at Bills, we talked, apologies extended and accpeted by both parties. Why Ben (the IT guy), he did attemp to reach out via email (which was lost in essentiality facebook junkmail). I found him to be a stand up guy and felt like we had a good conversation. We also both felt that I should update the fourm. In the end though, I am no longer a customer.

For what it worth, I used the web to voice my issues when the phone didnt work and it got results. For those that ask why not just call, I did, thats what started this, thier failure to return a call(s) and when you take in consider they had both my work and cell numbers it was on them to contact me.

other notes, yes that was me and the guys shooting the MP5 on the 25 at circle pines around 3-4, the short guy it was his birthday. While I dont recall the staffer that helped us, he was great. I recommend the MP5 as a rental, an M4 is also a lot of fun (but the SAW was more fun, just wish you could use the box) and who wouldnt want to shoot the Tommy Gun, its such a hugh part or our countrys history. but be honest, what full auto wouldnt be fun
