What begins as an innocuous entry into a gun competition eventually steers Rick towards a path of fatal rivalry. With extensive training, Rick emerges as one of the finest shooters in town. I acquired the DVD of the movie some years ago on one of my numerous trips to Asia. The DVD is coded for Region 3 and can only be played on a region-hacked DVD player. The dialogue is entirely in Cantonese, but English subtitles can be switched on. I do not know if a Region 1 (US) version of the movie is currently available.

There is a very interesting "extra" on the disc that extensively documents the firearms training the principal actors went through in preparation for the filming. The training was provided by a couple of renowned local IPSC competitors, and concluded with the actors actually being put through live courses of fire in simulated IPSC competition.
