If you think Trump is going to overturn the results in enough states to win... I think you are not living in reality anymore. The 2000 election hinged on a couple of hundred votes in a single state.... That is not in anyway comparable to what we are seeing today. Pretty sure he has EO capacity to restrict imports of guns/parts/ammo, but I think it requires Congress to pass legislation for an outright ban on certain firearm types, mag limits, red flag laws, and UBC's.
What we're unsure of is expansion of the NFA to include "military style" rifles possible by EO directive to the ATF, or does it require a Congressional amendment to the original NFA code?
