At 4:00 PM today, the Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus be holding a press conference to announce major Second Amendment litigation against a Minnesota state governmental agency at the east side of the intersection of Snelling, Dan Patch Blvd, and Midway Parkway directly across from the entrance to the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.

The press conference will be live-streamed via our Facebook and YouTube pages.

What criteria will prevent admission to the Fair?

Anything detected by the scan? Firearms? (Admitted if a P2C is shown?) Pocket knives? Nail clippers? Belt buckles? Same standard as used by the TSA?

Only what's on their website, which includes firearms. P2C is not allowed according to the fair's rules.

"What items are prohibited at the fair?
The Minnesota State Fair’s security program includes walk-through metal detectors at all entry gates. Bags, purses, coolers and packages will be subject to search at each of the State Fair’s entrances. Prohibited items include:

Weapons or objects that appear to be weapons
Fireworks or other explosive and flammable objects
Alcoholic beverages or any illegal substance
Drones or any remote-controlled toys
Bikes, skateboards, skates, hoverboards
Other items may be refused at the discretion of State Fair management or law enforcement."

Just boycott the worthless fair. Nothing but weight gainng food and exhibits. I quit going 10 years ago!

Thank you for all your work! It has not gone unnoticed.
Being three hours from the capital and the need to take off work makes it difficult to be there physically. It makes me thankful for those who are there representing gun owners to our elected representatives.
