November 2nd Saturday Breakfast

2nd Saturday north breakfast funfoodfest is coming! November 13 we will gather as always for breakfast at 9:00 AM at the Old Country Buffet in Maplewood, right across the street to the east from Maplewood Mall. Cost is about $6.75 for all you can eat and drink. We meet in the private banquet room on the east side of the restaurant. Come join us! Concealed carry is preferred. Justa' reminder that this coming Saturday, November 13, is the date for the breakfast at OCB in Maplewood. Set your alarm clocks and get out of bed, you sleepyheads!

As always, whenever we are in public, there is a possibility of an incident. Some of you know that an ex-mod from another site has occasionally shown up at our events, dressed in outlandish costume including body armor and lots of opened carry weapons, in a desperate attempt to gain some attention back to himself and his causes. I don't think we will have such a visit, since he has now been able to provoke an incident with the police, which is what he was aiming at, but if such an event occurs, we should, as always, keep alert, be aware, and keep our heads, remembering that he is not well. Otherwise continue to enjoy your breakfast and the company of one another, and just generally ignore him. It is attention that he wants and needs, so pay little of it to him.

Wish I could make it, but I do a lot of traveling with my new job, and wont be in the area.
