On-line PTC classes

Postby Chunkychuck on Wed Jun 19, 2024 6:34 pm

This will be my third renewal coming up. Has anyone done the on-line course MN Firearms is offering. Taking the class on-line and then just showing up at their place of business for the shooting qualification sure seems attractive. My schedule is very hectic for the next 2 1/2 months as we are moving to Arkansas the end of August

While I wouldn't recommend the online class to anyone new to carry, I would wholeheartedly recommend it to someone who's been carrying for some time. I've had a permit to carry since the law changed back in 2003 and have done my last 2 renewals online with TC Carry.
I will never apologize for being an American.

Thanks. Do you remember what was required in the shooting portion of the test?

As I remember it was 20 or 30 rounds on a reduced silhouette target. Easy test if you’re halfway competent .
