No I'm pissed because the piece of **** stole from me. If he's stealing brass who's to say he won't grab stuff out of my range bag.

He might even rape you, who knows the limit of his depravity! Is your range bag strewn across the floor too with nobody watching it? Hopefully he didn't steal the rocks out in front by the shrubs.

Sounds like someone has an axe to grind.

I'm guessing you've never shot a match before. There is a lot of trust between the shooters. I bust my ass for my money. I guess I don't find it funny when some ******* takes my stuff.

Roger has video cameras and takes copies of peoples licenses. You could probably press charges! After you're done filing the report you might be able to print up a poster to put up on the board to alert other shooters.

If nobody talked to him and the rules weren't covered it seems crazy to rant about it.

LEAGUE night Roger does not take licenses.

I never minded helping set up or take down after a match; especially takedown- it doesn't seem right to pack up and leave with the courses still up, in place....and yea, when the stuff is put away, and you walk the course scrounging' for brass...the grounds are always pretty clean by then...

I have a feeling this- brass recovery in general - is going to be a much bigger issue given the current conditions. It's now more than just a few buck of cases, it's sheer availability. being able to shoot again..

Haven't shot at any of your matches due to a mobility issue.
However, does anyone there use one of those wire-roller-thingy's that picks up brass easily so it can be dumped into a bucket behind firing line for shooters to sort-out their own brass or at least an equal amount to what they shot?
The wire-roller-thingy (don't remember the name of it) could be easily used by a non-competitor and policed.
Just an idea.

Might have been a left handed liberal commie, swooping in to steal brass in hopes that he could slowly shut down the league.. :?

We use those at outdoor matches sometimes, here we have so many shooters and so little time we just push the brass against the wall, in the assumption that people will pick up their SHARE of brass in the moments between runs and pasting, or at the end during cleanup.

I guess it also makes it easier for a guy to shovel a thousand cases into a bag and jet.

Sorry to hear that. If I didn't reload I wouldn't afford to shoot. Hope either A. You never have to deal with the guy again and if you do make it plain how things work which you will, or B. And better yet, he does the right thing, apologizes and returns it or makes amends.

I don't think that would work on concrete.

Some time ago, a Faribault shooter brought his that he used on the outdoor matches. You're right. It didn't work indoors.

Why is everyone worried about a few cartridges when Dayton and BHO steal from us on a daily basis? I don't see anyone calling them dickheads.
