Thats interesting. The Blazers I purchased yesterday at the BP FF were Federal Blazers.

Blazer, CCI and Federal are a part of ATK Sporting. Blazer .22 ammunition is manufactured by both CCI and Federal. The easiest way to tell the difference is by the packaging. CCI made Blazer has a tuck in flap closure on the end of the box and Federal made Blazer has zip-flap box.
The photo on the left is Federal Blazer and the photo on the right is CCI Blazer. Also notice the difference how the cartridges are packaged inside the box. Federal uses that little plastic stand with legs.

I bought a 500pk of Blazer 22 ammo and while I was at the check out, I saw an employee bring up 4 - 500pk boxes and stash them behind the customer service counter.

Hmmm....we can only buy one box, but employees can stash some aside for others??

Seemed fishy to me.

They're holding them for people that call in. I actually watched a guy take a phone call and then agree to save some for the caller.
