Felons and reloading stuff

I know felons cannot have guns. But are they allowed reloading stuff like powder, primers, bullet, etc.?

Until they combine all the parts. Then it becomes something that they are prohibited of having. The real question would they be allowed black powder firearms. Somewhere I think that a felon may be able to have a black powder rifle however most likely not while on probation.

I worked at an outdoor retailer during the riots and COVID.

Many customers who found out they are prohibited either bought black powder pistols or considered it.

I believe front stuffers are not considered firearms.

I’ll dig around some more to see if I can find the actual law. Thanks folks.

Under federal law they are not. Under state law it depends.

Don't assume.
