I was talking to a guy at ahlmans gun shop, he said things are showing a sign for better, although they didn't have crap on hand. So, I think it is the hoarders emptying shelves.

I'd guess the later. Besides your every days joes you have to have the expletive subset of component hoarders to add to the problem. The ones who stock up during the panic and not before it like the know they should have.

Went to Alhmans this morning because they advertised a large quantity of primers for sale. Limit 1000 per customer. I walked in at 9am this morning. Shelf empty. Talked to the guy. They had 80,000 small rifle / pistol primers, all gone in 1 day. To boot: they had 47 DPMS AR15 rifles. Priced at $799, I think... All gone in 1 day..... I thought the panic was starting to weaken. He said he has never seen anything like it.

47 ARs sold in 1 day? Something doesn't seem right. Not when I've seen the on shelves at Cabela's and Gander trip after trip and they have 'normal' price tags ranging from $799-$1199 (and higher, of course).

The 80K small rifle primers I could believe, since they have been so scarce.

two pounds of H110 @ Scheels in STC for ($21.50 each) this morning (for Blackout AAC) but no H335 (M-1 and AR/AK). In the past 3 weeks, 500 brass 300 Blackout AAC small time private seller off of Blackout discussion board, 1000 .45ACP brass from my old buddy at GIBrass.com, 1,000 147gr .308 from Pat's reloading. No scalping on prices -- I just won't do it.
