I found the main concerns with reloading are safety, and consistency. True there are variation between bullet types and manufacturers. Couple of general rules to answer your questions. 1. Mag primers burn hotter than normal primers...reduce the load by 10% for mag primers. 2. Lead and copper platted...

If you want a cheap and easy way to make your brass shiny throw in a couple dryer sheets with the media when you're tumbling. I use ones the previously went through the dryer and they work amazingly well. Oh jeez I wonder where you got that information from... could it be.... oh yeah.. ME.... :o . ...
