Re: Trouble with my Colt AR

I don’t get why it would only occur after the last round in mag. Unless it has only happened once and a coincidence that debris lodged then. I had a BCG get stuck in the tube, but it was pilot error. I had gone to change buffers and got distracted, forgetting to put in the new spring/buffer. Just l...

Re: Trouble with my Colt AR

No joy. The bolt is locked too far back.

Trouble with my Colt AR

I have a very nice Colt AR. After A mag goes empty, the bolt stays towards the rear and I have a Dickens of a time getting it to slide forward again. It remains locked to the rear, and I can’t even open the rear.

Any thoughts about wat is retaining it towards the rear?

Re: "Best" Handgun for Women

My eldest daughter, now 19, prefers a full size 1911. She has shot many other pistols. Guess what she is getting for her 21st birthday?

Re: Sheesh!! It's RAINING hicap 45's...

Your assumptions are correct. The side controls are identical to Tanfoglios. As far as EDC, it depends on the person - if you are the 800 pound reloading troll you look like a big lumpy mattress with a bad attitude so it's no big deal, and as my pictures show, the SAR is actually SMALLER in grip an...

Re: TP9SFX

Nope. I am a dyed in the wool Democrat and extremely pro gun. Trump sucks! How does that make any sense? It doesn't. Every single piece of anti gun legislation in the last 20 years was written and submitted exclusively by democrats, except one co sponsored bill. Period. Furthermore, gun control is ...

Re: TP9SFX

I don't care how good Caniks are. I've heard great things for 3 or 4 years since they first started coming in. But I'll never buy anything that supports the Turkish govt and their military (Canik is govt owned). Turkey may be a NATO member, but they are more enemy than friend to America. And with E...
