Re: Guns in Bars, I for one don't like it!

It seems to me that anyone who considers themself responsible enough to carry a gun should be able to moderate his alcohol input. I see no problem with having a drink or a beer while carrying, getting drunk is out and any level of consumption that would be considered anything but light should also b...

Do they have different classes for iron sights and optics...things like that. Or maybe somebody who shoots out there...

See ya! The Constitution and Bill of Rights do apply to the Federal Government, and, in most cases the Several States as well but not in all cases. That has nothing to do ...

Re: NYT: Gun Rulings Open Way to Supreme Court Review

I really don't get any of this. If it's unclear whether the Second Amendment applies to state and local governments, then it must also be unclear whether the First Amendment (and the rest of the Bill of Rights) applies to state and local government. Does anyone really think that a state legislature...

I can vouch for the fact that all the Westbergs have the equivalent knowledge and skills to DHT 1 and 2.

Re: needing 1911 opinions

I have a Kimber Pro CDP II and really like it. The issue here is what 1911 will work best for you. The true beauty of the 1911 is the flexibility adn options available, it is available in a number of different size configurations (Long Slide, Government (Kimber Custom, SA Full Size), Commander, Kimb...
